At Yumi Furnitures, we're dedicated to providing you with high-quality, custom-made furniture. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, our shipping and returns policies are designed to reflect this personalised approach.

1. Shipping & Delivery

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of £100 for all orders, regardless of size or location within the UK. This straightforward pricing ensures you know the full cost upfront. Once your order is complete, we aim to deliver your new sofa to you within 7-10 working days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, as each item is made to order. Our delivery partners will contact you directly to arrange a suitable time and date.

2. Our Custom-Made Process

Every item at Yumi Furnitures is custom-made to your specifications. This bespoke approach allows us to offer you a unique piece of furniture that fits your home perfectly. We can also accommodate change requests, which can be made before production begins. The selection of extension in products refers to your ability to customise the size and shape of the sofa to better suit your space. Any such changes must be confirmed in writing.

3. Returns Policy

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. We only accept returns on genuine faults and issues with the furniture. This policy is in place because each item is manufactured specifically for an individual customer and cannot be restocked or resold.

If you believe your furniture has a genuine fault or issue, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@yumifurnitures.co.uk. You will need to provide detailed photos and a description of the issue. Our team will assess the situation and, if a genuine fault is confirmed, we will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or a full refund. We reserve the right to determine if an issue is a genuine fault or due to misuse.

4. Delivery Instructions

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure the delivery path to your chosen room is clear. This includes checking that hallways, doorways, and stairwells are wide enough to accommodate the sofa. Our delivery team is not responsible for moving existing furniture or removing doors. If a delivery is aborted because the item cannot fit, a redelivery fee will apply.

5. Important Inspection Notice

Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture thoroughly before the delivery team leaves. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note. By signing the delivery note without any aments, you're confirming that the item was received in good condition.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. As our items are custom-made, we cannot accept cancellations after this 24-hour period, as production will have already begun.
